Weekly Workouts

You will unlock three workouts each week, tailored to suit both gym and home settings. Whether you're inclined to tackle all six sessions or prefer to focus on three at the gym, the choice is entirely yours.

Each workout is expertly designed and recorded, allowing you to follow along with ease and replicate techniques at your own pace. With a dedicated focus on upper body, lower body, and full-body routines, you'll receive a fresh set of invigorating exercises every week to keep you motivated and challenged.

Workout Wednesday

Join us every Wednesday for our exciting Workout Wednesday session! This live, 30-minute workout, led by our coaches, promises an exhilarating experience with a diverse range of exercises to keep you engaged and energised.

From yoga and pilates sessions to heart-pumping HIIT workouts and Zumba routines, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Can't join us in real-time? No problem! We understand life gets busy, so each session will be recorded and shared in the chat for you to access at your convenience. Whether you're sweating it out with us live or catching up later, you'll never miss out.

Virtual Coffee Call

Our weekly "Virtual Coffee Call," a wonderful opportunity to connect with coaches, fellow participants, and engage in lively discussions. This informal gathering allows you to ask questions, share experiences, and build meaningful connections within the community.

The day and time of our Virtual Coffee Call are flexible, ensuring it accommodates everyone's schedule. We value your input, so each week, we'll gather feedback from the group to determine the most convenient time for all to participate. Whether you're seeking support, camaraderie, or simply want to chat over a virtual cup of coffee.

Self-Paced Habits Course

As a member of our 6-week course, you'll gain exclusive access to our "Building Positive Habits" course—a transformative journey designed to help you create lasting habits for a healthier and happier life. Led by our habits coach, each week you'll receive a lesson breaking down the process of habit-building into manageable steps. Through engaging video content delivered every Monday, you'll learn practical strategies and receive actionable tasks to implement throughout the week.

By the end of the 6-week program, you'll have mastered the fundamentals of building positive habits, empowering you to create sustainable change in your life.
